To process an order, we require either a purchase order number or Visa/Mastercard details or direct bank transfer.

We are aware that your organisation may have purchasing procedures which need to be followed. Please make sure that your order contains the following details:

1. Purchase Order number
2. Delivery address
3. Invoice address
4. ABN
5. Authorised person accepting delivery
6. Phone contact details

Orders for products in stock are generally shipped within 24 hours of order.  All other orders should be delivered  approximately 10 – 14 days from receipt of order, subject to customs and quarantine clearance times.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Stratech must be advised of any damaged items within 7 days of receipt of any order.

We strive to bring the best value we can by constantly monitoring international exchange rates and amending prices accordingly. There is no minimum order charge. Prices are subject to changes without notice.
